We are pioneer in seismic refraction survey, here we utilizes the existence of recognizable difference in the
velocity with which Seismic wave are transmitted through various subsurface
layers.
Multi Channel Analysis of Surface Waves (MASMW)
At Diatoms, we use Multichannel Analysis of Surface Wave (MASW) Survey to
evaluate the shear wave velocity profile (Vs30 , shear-wave velocity at various
depths considering the stratification of subsoil/rock strata (up to 30m depth
minimum), dynamic modulus of elasticity of soil / dynamic poison’s ratio /
dynamic shear modulus at various depth). It is a non destructive testing for
studying soil and bedrock material.
